From 93b60c5b8e7b586c09f9f1f80c1c29889c779aa4 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Sergey Date: Tue, 4 Aug 2026 11:01:39 +0300 Subject: [PATCH] Editor grid dots are a hint: mute both levels (0.35 / 0.5) MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit The adaptive grid drew at full strength — on the white paper of a drawn plan the dots argued with the walls instead of guiding them. Both levels are dimmed, the CAD hierarchy kept: fine dots 0.75 -> 0.35, coarse nodes 1 -> 0.5, so the accents still carry the scale reference on the dark scene background. Editors only; View draws no grid (smoke_grid_fade). --- custom_components/houseplan/frontend/houseplan-card.js | 7 +++++-- demo/srv/assets/houseplan-card.js | 7 +++++-- dist/houseplan-card.js | 7 +++++-- docs/CANVAS.md | 6 ++++++ src/styles.ts | 7 +++++-- 5 files changed, 26 insertions(+), 8 deletions(-) diff --git a/custom_components/houseplan/frontend/houseplan-card.js b/custom_components/houseplan/frontend/houseplan-card.js index 0593785e..48a2336d 100755 --- a/custom_components/houseplan/frontend/houseplan-card.js +++ b/custom_components/houseplan/frontend/houseplan-card.js @@ -1064,9 +1064,12 @@ const t=globalThis,e=t.ShadowRoot&&(void 0===t.ShadyCSS||t.ShadyCSS.nativeShadow stroke-width: 3; fill: rgba(255, 193, 77, 0.25); } + /* Owner 2026-08-04: the grid is a HINT, not content — at full strength the + dots argued with the plan on white paper.
