- .githooks/pre-push + scripts/pre-push-gate.mjs --hook: gate:small runs by
default for issue/* branches with an executable diff; C/D-only diffs and
non-issue refs are skipped, HP_PREPUSH_GATE=0 turns it off, =1 forces it.
A non-HEAD push with an executable diff is rejected (the gate checks the
working tree). The gate runs with every GIT_* variable removed: git gives
hooks GIT_DIR (and GIT_CONFIG_PARAMETERS with the pusher's -c), and unit
tests that `git init` temporary repositories otherwise write into the real
one — seen on the first live run. The manual #343 mode is unchanged.
- scripts/sandbox-bootstrap.sh: idempotent worktree / deps / chromium (npm
@sparticuz/chromium@152.0.0 + Playwright shims) / bundle / check steps,
no owner paths or credentials.
- scripts/test-chunk.mjs, npm run test:chunk -- N/M: round-robin over
test/*.test.mjs sorted by code point.
- Tests, seven mutants, docs/DEVELOPMENT.md «Локальный контур за 5 минут»,
docs/TESTING.md. package.json changed → bundle rebuilt (fingerprint input).

Карточка и редакторский рантайм держали ≈380 неиспользуемых импортов, 56
мёртвых объявлений и дублей типов (warm-boot, LS_*, GLOW_*, debounce,
navigate, lruRead — копии карточки в рантайме) и 112 приватных членов
карточки, которых не читал никто — делегаты `_editorRuntimeOrThrow()._x()`,
оставшиеся от выноса #425, и аксессоры glow-состояния. Всё это снято; в 9
других файлах — по одиночной ошибке. Делегаты и поля, которых касаются
браузерные смоки (`card._x(...)`), оставлены и посчитаны отдельно.
Гейт `npm run lint:unused` (scripts/unused-locals-gate.mjs, в gate:small и
Validate после сборки): `tsc --noUnusedLocals` чист, кроме приватных членов
карточки из порта HouseplanEditorHostPort / `host.` (portPrivates) и членов,
которых зовёт харнесс (harnessPrivates); храповик по шести числам
scripts/monolith-metrics.mjs против scripts/monolith-baseline.json —
delegates 260→159, portMembers 350, hostRefs 4948, portPrivates 96,
harnessPrivates 107, bundleBytes 2 510 141→2 500 387. `npm run inventory`
печатает те же числа. Заморозка 54 тестов, читающих монолит как текст
(test/monolith-text-anchors.test.mjs); PROCESS.md §2.7 — правило.
Логический исходник для контрактных тестов (test/houseplan-source.mjs)
дописывает члены рантайма без делегата в карточке — контракт продукта не
зависит от наличия заглушки. Потолки ядер и initial gzip опущены на выигрыш
(292 000 → 290 400). Бандл пересобран, три копии синхронны.

Приёмка эталонов на beta.3 (`ad4000f9`) стоила второго полного Validate —
22 минуты, из них 17–22 на шард мутантов. Причина одна: корпус отпечатка
(`source-fingerprint.mjs`) называет `demo/golden` строкой-каталогом, а
замыкание входов раскрывало каталог во все текстовые файлы под ним, включая
`baselines-index.json`. Индекс становился входом smoke, performance_smoke и
каждого гарда через `serve.mjs`: на реальной паре C→B ключи smoke/perf были
DIFFERENT, отпечатки 181 из 183 браузерных свидетелей менялись, журнал их не
пропускал.
- `check-inputs.mjs`: `BASELINE_OVERLAY` — раскрытие каталога не выдаёт
overlay; явный корень golden и явная ссылка на файл — как были. На паре
C→B: ключи smoke/perf/parity/backend same, golden DIFFERENT; отпечатки
743 из 744 равны; план мутантов B с журналом C — 0–1 на шард вместо 38–44
- `ci-proof.mjs`: составное evidence — product tree без overlay, overlay
(tree, sha256 индекса, run из `Baseline-Reviewed`), content-ключи всех
реюзных job (исполненных тоже); `evaluateCiProof({expected, reviewedRun})`
сверяет с локальным расчётом, fail-closed на ключ, tree, индекс, reviewed
run, маркер с чужим ключом; proof без evidence при ожиданиях — stale

релиз держали в руках; `docs/DEVELOPMENT.md` описывает, как посмотреть, что
сейчас за тегом, и заменить обе части одним коммитом. Отдельно записано, что у
`home-assistant/actions` и `hacs/action` тегов нет вовсе — там в комментарии
стоит дата, на которую читалась голова ветки.
Запись `NOT_AN_INPUT` для `.github/workflows/*.yml` снята: воркфлоу читает
проверка пинов, то есть они теперь честный вход, а не «у каждого свой запуск».

`execFileSync('git ls-files')` inherited stderr, so every call on a test's
temporary tree printed "fatal: not a git repository" although the failure is
caught and the tree is walked instead — dozens of lines in the owner's Windows
run and in CI logs. stderr is ignored; behaviour unchanged.

Windows portability (the three red tests on the owner's machine at green CI):
- scripts/spawn-portable.mjs: isMainModule via pathToFileURL (the
`file://${argv[1]}` form gives file:///C:/C:/... and the CLI stays silent);
portableCommand — a shell only for npm/npx/.cmd, node and git run directly
(spawn via shell dropped the quotes of `node -e "…"`). Applied to
classify-changes, mutation-gate-report, review-doc-guard, check-inputs,
merge-candidate, gate-small, rebase-on-dev.
- the rebase-on-dev test pins core.autocrlf=false / core.eol=lf through
GIT_CONFIG_* for its temp repository instead of touching the user's git
config; test/windows-portability.test.mjs forbids both anti-patterns.
Pins: scripts/toolchain-pins.mjs reads Node/Python from validate.yml, the HA
stack from tests_backend/requirements.txt, Playwright/Chromium from the
lockfile — no second dictionary; `npm run toolchain:check` compares the
machine; .nvmrc/.python-version are derived and tested equal;
scripts/wsl-setup.sh provisions WSL/Linux with those pins.
scripts/task-packet.mjs: one derived view of an issue (status, rights, owner
decisions, branch vs dev, Validate on the tip, previous verdict with recorded
tree, AC → evidence, unwitnessed). scripts/wait-verdict.mjs: polls labels,
pipeline comments and optionally Validate, prints only on state change, exit
0/3/4, writes nothing.
gate:small --smokes: after build the browser phase runs bundle-sync and then
the directly matched and registered smokes, two at a time; broad matches stay
with the reviewer. package.json changed, so the bundle is rebuilt here.

guardInputs() replaces guardFiles() in selection and fingerprints: the
files named in the guard, the GUARD_INPUTS a wrapper declares (read
statically — the wrappers run on import), and the closure of imports and
path literals of every guard file, stopping at src/** which stays the
patch side. A diff that touches the registry itself selects every added or
changed definition against the base registry read from git. Five mutants
guard the manifest and this selection.

scripts/check-inputs.mjs declares every Validate check with its roots and
entry points and computes the rest: imports and path literals of the
entries, transitively for code, as leaves for data. classify-changes and
gate-reuse both read it, so "which job runs" and "what its key hashes"
cannot disagree any more. An executable file no check knows widens the run
to the full set and is named in the summary; the coverage list makes such
a file a red unit test rather than a permanent widening. The workflow file
is a toolchain input of every job; backend no longer hashes src/**.
